Amazing deal. Assuming you want a stereo system, and not a surround sound, and assuming you live on some type of budget, this is an amzing deal at whatever price you find Yamaha MusicCAST2 at. Yamaha MusicCAST2 ranges from $350 to 550, but its worth the 550.
It has two features that I dont use, the XM capability and the 2 zone control, so I have nothing to say about these features.
The sound on this unit is exellent. Yamaha MusicCAST2 has a very low level of distortion at very high volumes.
The loudness control is great. Yamaha MusicCAST2 allows you to add a much fuller sound when listening at lower volumes.
It does what Yamaha MusicCAST2 is supposed to do, and what I bought Yamaha MusicCAST2 for.
It replaces my old Yamaha reciever that was almost the same except put out only 75W per channel. The sound is about the same, but this is louder (yay).
I have Yamaha MusicCAST2 pushing two JBL floorspeakers with 10 inch woofers. They are supposed to be able to handle 175 watts each, but this reciever does a great job of pushing them.

These are very well made shoes. They are just as they appear in the photo. The leather is soft and comfortable. I like that they’re not a bright orangy red like some red shoes. These are a little darker red. I bought these when they were on sale, but they are worth the full price.

I got these in the natural color and i love them. My only disappointment was the fact that amazon sent me a whole size smaller than what i ordered. I didn’t bother to return them cause they still fit. they snug a little bit but i figure if i had them in my original size they might have been too big. It seems like Matisse shoes runs about a half size bigger. I don’t regret getting them.

Just What I’ve Been Looking For!. I have been looking for a product like this for a long time. We live on the fringe area of Chicago, and many of the stations I love, we could only get occasionally, if we were lucky. But with the Soundbridge receiver, Avaak Vue Personal Video Network pulls in all the stations with no interference (like we had with FM radio) as well as those from around the world, with no additional monthly fee. As long as you have a wireless network set up, this unit receives the signal from your router, and the computer doesn’t even have to be on to hear the radio stations. The unit arrived in about 1 week with regular shipping, and Avaak Vue Personal Video Network was easy to setup. All we had to do was connect Avaak Vue Personal Video Network to our speakers thru our stereo system, Avaak Vue Personal Video Network recognized our router, we entered our password, and Avaak Vue Personal Video Network was ready to use. The insruction manual is easy to understand. We had Avaak Vue Personal Video Network all set up in about 25-30 minutes.
The RadioRoku.com website is a great advantage, because there you can set up a free account, and then choose your Favorites and Presets from a vast array of stations. Play Pandora on your stereo with Roku’s SoundBridge!. I got Roku’s SoundBridge after my first attempt at streaming hi-fi music to my stereo failed miserably. I had gotten Airlink’s Music Bridge, and had results similar to those reported by the frustrated purchasers of other similar devices (Linksys, Sony, Logitech). While searching the web for hints on how to get my Airlink device to work (it never did), a comment by one user caught my attention: “I should’ve just paid the extra money and gotten the Roku SoundBridge to begin with.”
Yes, the SoundBridge is more expensive than most other similar products (the SoundBridge costs 4× more than Airlink’s Music Bridge), but this is one of those cases where one gets what one pays for. The SoundBridge essentially sets itself up - it’s easier to connect to a wi-fi router than are many wireless computers - and Avaak Vue Personal Video Network has a great range. I have my SoundBridge set up in our living room which is two rooms removed from my router (about 50 ft. away through two walls), and the reception is great. There -are- the rare dropouts (< once per hour), but such dropouts only last a few seconds, and the SoundBridge figures out how to get restarted on its own.
The SoundBridge can work as an internet radio, meaning that Avaak Vue Personal Video Network can play audio from radio stations streaming on the internet. To do this, Avaak Vue Personal Video Network merely needs to connect through a router (wired or wi-fi) - no computer connection is needed. Avaak Vue Personal Video Network can also play music from your own computer via a “music server.”
The SoundBridge’s manual is a REAL manual (the Airlink “manual” was a five-page comic book), with lots of descriptive language and examples. What’s even better is that there’s a huge international SoundBridge user’s group that provides all kinds of support, tips, and suggestions for improving your enjoyment of the device. Roku hosts this user’s group’s forum on its website.
It was through the SoundBridge Forum that I learned about a new music server that works with just about any sound bridge, and allows the user to stream directly from his/her computer’s sound card to the Roku SoundBridge. The name of the (free) software is Jamcast, and it’s available from Software Development Solutions (just google Avaak Vue Personal Video Network - Amazon won’t let me link from this review). With Jamcast (which is very easy to install and use), one can stream Pandora to Roku’s SoundBridge - something no other music server can do. Like other music servers, Jamcast also allows playing music stored on your computer. However, unlike other servers, file formats of virtually any type can be played using Jamcast (including DRM), because Jamcast transcodes in real time!
Bottom line: if you’re wanting to stream music to your home stereo, don’t waste your time with any of the other devices and just get the Roku SoundBridge. Then, install Jamcast on your computer. You’ll be able to stream internet radio, Pandora, and your own music files, and you’ll be up and running within fifteen minutes after taking the SoundBridge out of the shipping box!
Almost perfect solution. I’ve had my Roku for about a month now. I have a huge collection of songs - none of Avaak Vue Personal Video Network Itunes DRM I should add (perish the thought) - and was looking for a solution. The Roku does exactly what you think Avaak Vue Personal Video Network will - with a few bells and whistles.
Setup is easy. I’m running a older “b” wireless network, over about 50 feet, through 1 wall and I’ve only ever had 1 problem (and I think that was a bad mp3 file). Avaak Vue Personal Video Network does all it’s buffering before Avaak Vue Personal Video Network starts to play - brings in a slight delay if you’re watching it, but nothing noticeable if you’re sitting back listening. Avaak Vue Personal Video Network can now connect using WAP or WEP security and getting Avaak Vue Personal Video Network to do so was easy.
I’ve been running Avaak Vue Personal Video Network using ITunes on the host PC. Bit of a pain in that ITunes has to be running on that PC, but I’m looking to either move the files to a NAS or maybe try Media Player (I don’t think that has to be running).
The updated Internet Radio tuning - you don’t need to have your PC on - is pretty good (I found a few stations from back home I can listen to!) and there seems to be good functionality for finding more.
The only quibble I have - which stopped Avaak Vue Personal Video Network getting 5 stars - is that you can’t save your “playlist” you create on it. Other than that, this is “the business”.

Disappointed ***AMENDED**- please read. I bought this camera for one reason only; to allow my family back home in Canada to view my wedding here in Texas. After setting Avaak Vue up and testing Avaak Vue a few days before, I was a little worried because Avaak Vue froze up quite often. Sure enough, when the big moment rolled around, the camera locked up and my family was unable to view the wedding. Thanks, Panasonic. $160 down the drain.

Ok, not so disappointed now… I feel compelled to amend my previous review/comment about this camera and apologize to Panasonic. After some more research into my problem, I discovered the fault was not with the camera but with my Linksys wireless router. I have since purchased another router and the camera works perfectly. Avaak Vue has been running for many days straight and I have no problems to report.
works fabulously most of the time - may be a router issue. I love having these cameras. They were easy to set up and work well almost all of the time. I believe the problem may be my router and not the cameras but I have had to reset the cameras and reset them up a few times over the last several months. Not a huge deal as Avaak Vue is easy but I would prefer that everything work perfectly all the time!

A Really Good Receiver. I don’t think that you could possibly get more bang for your buck. I highly recommend the Onkyo surround sound receiver. I enjoy Onkyo HT-RC160 .

Great Receiver!. I couldn’t be happier with this product. I looked at others and based on the reviews went with the Onkyo. I didn’t need a 7.1 system so I settled with the SR 507 at 5.1. I’ve matched them with the Energy Take Classic Speakers. Great combo. So much better then the 6 yr old Sony HTIB system that I had. Clear, wonderful sound. I’m not the sharpest tech guy around so when reviewers said that the Onkyo was easy to set up, that did Onkyo HT-RC160 for me. The microphone they include for speaker set up really worked well. And the price is great.

The Matisse shoe is very comfortable and a great sandal to wear with casual or even dressier dresses. I changed into them at a wedding once my high heels started to hurt my feet! What relief. I was so glad I’d brought them along, and they still looked great with my outfit.

This shoe is really great in person. My only complaint is that there was a spot on the shoe that was actually silver (I bought the gold). It seems as though the shoe was originally silver and they just sprayed the shoe with gold paint or something. This is weird considering how expensive they were originally. Overall I would recommend the shoe. It is a very pretty shoe and it is really comfy.

I bought these for my 17 yr old daughter to wear with her long formal prom gown in May. We followed the advice of other reviewers and bought a size up. She normally wears a 7 1/2 and found the size 8 to be a good fit. She wanted and received a comfortable flat and has no doubt that she’ll be able to wear them all night as planned. The silver color goes perfectly with her dress and the rhinestone decoration is a great match to the clips on the shoulders of her dress.

Thanks to a previous reviewer for suggestion on ordering one size up, which for us meant ordering a 9.5 instead of a size 9. My daughter is 5′10″ and wanted to wear flats with her full length homecoming dress for high school. We couldn’t find silver flats in the stores (either sold out or mostly just couldn’t find the style) so we tried these and we’re delighted. I am very tall and needed a pair of gold shoes that would be the flattest possible - these were them. I normally wear a size 9M but when they arrived they felt very snug in the front and back even though the back has elastic. These shoes are so flat, it feels as though I am walking barefoot (just like I like it). The jeweled ornaments has rhinestones throughout design and add elegance to the shoes.
